We often get asked “What is a Serviced Office?”
To us at the Castlecroft Group we would define a Serviced Office as a “fully inclusive” rate, similar to an all-inclusive holiday where the office comes as part of an all-in package. However, it’s not just about what tangible items are included in the rate, we at Castlecroft also believe it’s the Customer Service we provide.
Our main office hub, King James VI Business Centre in Perth, is our fully Serviced Office option on Friarton Road. We include the following services and facilities within our Serviced Office rental package
- Modern offices located on the banks of the River Tay
- Maintenance charges
- Building insurance
- Water and drainage charges
- Electricity and heating
- All offices equipped with internal communications set up
- Access to a 200mb internet
- A VOIP telephone line & handset
- Some of our offices are equipped with aircon (which the landlord services yearly)
- Directory & office signage throughout
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Access to fully equipped kitchen
- Mailbox facilities
- The Centre has a secure entry system and grants tenants access 24/7
- CCTV in operation
- Free unallocated parking for approx. 100 vehicles
- Seating areas ideal for small relaxed meetings or catch ups
- Manned reception
- Serviced fire alarm system
- DDA Compliant
- Lift accessing all levels
Along with the above inclusive amenities Castlecroft are also able to provide an array of bespoke additional services from shredding and self-storage to container hire – the list is endless.
Although there are variations in what facilities are included within the rental figure of a Serviced Office, Non Serviced Office and Industrial Units with The Castlecroft Group the Customer Service remains the same for all of our clients, regardless of the property they occupy. Our aim is to ensure we provide all tenants with premises suitable for their growing business needs along with a landlord who is amenable.
