Castlecroft is one of Scotland’s leading commercial property companies, managing over 200 properties across Perth and Dundee. 

We provide high-quality office space, and serviced office space as well as industrial units and workshops to lease, and land for sale or lease in the Perth and Dundee areas. We have been providing premises to a huge range of different companies and organisations, from start-ups to large multi-nationals since 1984. 

Castlecroft have six business centres in Perth, 5 non-serviced and one serviced, as well as one non-serviced business centre in Dundee. We also offer part-serviced office space at some of our centres, meaning we have office space to suit all requirements.

We have the flexibility within our commercial spaces to support businesses of every size – affordable and accessible for the small business and economical for the big operator.

As a family business, we’re in it together and we’re in it for the long term. Our clients seem to recognise and appreciate these values, with many of them staying with us as they develop and grow, upscaling and downsizing to whatever shape their businesses need to be.

Thirteen members of staff have successfully gained skills to support them in their roles. These include first aid, IOSH Health and Safety, leadership & management qualifications.
